Visited surgery twice this week, on both occasions the staff were all extremely pleasant and listened to me and my concerns were addressed appropriately. Many Thanks to an excellent team.

I felt the GP quickly assimilated a few different medical issues and symptoms and listened to my questions and helped me identify a way to help improve my condition.

Sent a message via Airmid and got a quick response. We the. managed to get an appointment quite quickly. Doctors was attentive and helpful, listened and took action needed

Booking appointment was chaotic. Yet another online process introduce to add to NHS and Airmid. and don’t claim on ansaphone that you can book appointments on Airmid and NHS app when you can’t. Doctor appointment itself was fine. Generally this practice continues to under deliver and disappoint

The Dr was very informative and answered all my questions. He was reassuring but also realistic. I left feeling that the practice is ‘on my case’.

I was able to select an appointment time and date that suited me. My doctor was fantastic and my consultation was helpful. I had any worries addressed and everything was explained clearly. Excellent service.
