   Can't get through, waiting is over an hour and never any appointments. Surgery has gone down a lot, and it used to be a good one

   Dear Patient Thankyou for your review and I apologise for your experience at our practice We have recently implemented a new management team at the practice and we are working very hard to improve your experience , we have new clinical and reception staff commencing soon at the practice and this will help with appointment availability Jan Rimmer Head of Practice Business and Operations
