My experience was fine. I got the injection at the time I had booked and the person who administered the injection was pleasant and competent. I've no idea who he was and I didn't recognise any of the staff I saw there. I've been registered with the practice since 1997, but I have no idea what the name of my GP is.

My husband and I attended for our flu vaccinations. There were several staff assisting with the smooth running of the large numbers of patients attending for vaccinations. The staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. A very efficient service Car parking was challenging as many cars were arriving to park in limited spaces

I was invited via the my gp app for my flu jab and the service was brilliant. Staff were lovely and helpful, welcomed you in and pointed you in the right direction without any problems. A few elderly patients were struggling but the staff were right there to direct and help them. The nurse who vaccinated me was lovely, kind and friendly, and so gentle I didn’t feel a thing. Thankyou!

Although loads of people arrived for their jabs at the same time, there was someone on hand to direct things and I was in and out in a jiffy.

Long queue in car park but was in and out within 10 minutes. Team were very helpful and friendly and made it work smoothly

I had my Flu jab today. Despite lots and lots of patients the , staff were on hand to make the whole experience easy and overall a pleasant visit!

Arrived on time and was welcomed and explained what was happening very efficiently . Shown where I had to go and wait shown to my nurse and injection went very pleasantly

10/10 Much better than previous years. The person who was your first contact in the car park dealing with you when you arrived was excellent. Professional, friendly, helpful & fair, making sure that you were aloud in promptly but not jump in front of others with earlier appointments. The organisation when inside continued and ran very smoothly and professional.
