I had a telephone triage regarding my 6 months old baby, she was given an online prescription which was suppose to be fax to the chemist and sent out to me the same day It’s been 4 days I rang them surgery up twice, and was always advices to ring before 1 regarding the prescription. However, when I did ring before 1 Was always waiting in the queue for approximately 50 mins and had no one answer. It is the 4th day and I still have not received the prescription. I have rang the chemist up just in case however they have still not revived the prescription from the surgery. This is absolutely ridiculous. And my daughters health has worsen.
