I wanted an appointment to a doctor for my daughter and the receptionist sent me to pharmacy for consulting her and give her some antibiotics for ear infection. At the pharmacy they told me that they are not doing anything like and they sent me back to Saffron Health. At Saffron Health, the receptionist said "I'm sorry for this!" and makes an appointment for next day. For all of these, I took two days off from work instead one.

Good afternoon. Our receptionists are trained to sign post patients to the most appropriate service. Ear infections can be treated by local pharmacies under the "Pharmacy first" scheme which allows them to issue antibiotics.
