2. Review titled Downhill since changing hands - will be moving GPs

   Have been a patient since 2003, was always wonderful. Clinical and support staff were all efficient, caring, patient, helpful, supportive and wonderful. Since changing hands there are no regular GPs, very few original support staff left, and I'm sorry to say that the service is nothing short of incompetent - wrong dates/times, incorrect info etc. With sick kids it's quicker to go to A&E than to try to talk to a GP (not "your" GP as they are always different!)
