This surgery has been exceptional and having mental health difficulties and special needs child they have been understanding and always listened and been professional. The reception staff are amazing and so friendly and take time to listen and not judge. The gps have been amazing and take time to listen and try to resolve any issues and refer very quickly. Being an ex professional I am very happy with their service.

Having been rejected from Buntingford practice following my move to Royston April23, with friends poor experience of Granta, I chose Roysia. I have no regrets. Reception staff are attentive, welcoming and extremely helpful. Likewise very happy experiences with nurses and doctors. Thank you for (seemingly) bucking the current trend of unhappy GP practices. I hope that you will continue to uphold your current ethos. And, thank you again.

Much improved service, friendly and efficient staff really nice to have continuity of Doctors now and also great to have the option of face to face appointments if available. I feel much happier using this surgery now

I phoned for an appointment on what could be a serious illness told nothing till following week and would only be a phone call. I phone the next day spoke to different person about the problem and got In Straight away I don’t see how a receptionists can make that call on someone’s health. As it was I now have been referred to the hospital for investigation and the doctor I saw couldn’t have been more helpful and caring

I was unsure how the take over of a different company would affect the practice, but when I needed a appointment I got one fairly quickly and was very happy with how I was treated, the doctor who I hadn't seen before was very thorough

My last appointment was with a physio. He was great, professional and thorough. Was good to see someone face to face instead over the phone. That’s my only negative about GP now days, some appointments should be face to face and should be requested by patient when calling not waiting for a phone call first and then maybe a face to face appointment.

Receptionist helpful and polite, had a call back from gp same day. The dr listened to my problems and the followed to explain clearly what medication he thought would help, he also explained any side effects I might have and what to do if I had any. He asked if I was happy with the consultation and arranged for a follow up medication review. I came away from the phone call happy and felt I was really listened too.

I recently had to take my young daughter to the GP and from the first moment I spoke to the receptionist she couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Then when we met with the Dr he was incredibly helpful and his manner was perfect with seeing a young child. He was very thorough and spoke through all options with me. As my daughter was not feeling better after a few days, when I called back again both the receptionist and Dr were incredibly helpful. The whole experience was very reassuring and I couldn't be happier with how we were spoken with and seen.

This practice has gone right down hill since the take over! It is impossible to get past the reception staff to speak with a GP even when they say you need to speak to a GP about your query but need to ring in the morning! You try for hours to get through for either the phone to be put down or say sorry there is no appointments! the receptionist this morning was so rude talking over me and wouldn't let me get a word in edgeways! your always made to feel you cant actually speak to a GP anymore that understands! When your in pain fed up they just don't care anymore! You feel like your a burden but they don't actually understand your frustration with pain and being fed up! Before being taken over they had all the time in the world you never was made to feel bad or like you shouldn't be there! Mental health is meant to be a big thing and yet this surgery causes people to have mental health problems due to the way they treat you! i wish i could have the old roysia surgery back!
