Tried to contact surgery for advice this morning. Held on for over an hour then was told no appts left, phone back Monday(!) or ask 111. Phoned 111 and was told to book blood test and ECG before further advice. Once again held for a long time, gave up and tried later. Even longer wait this time( no. 7 in queue which never moved so gave up). Tried later, this time even longer wait so gave up altogether. Whatever is going on. Luckily not urgent but very upsetting. No transport or would have come in person. Could there not have been some message saying that there was a problem.

This practice uses the most user-unfriendly registration form. It is the archetypal “computer says no”. I provided the correct information that I was new to the UK but I have now had 2 follow-ups saying I have to give them a previous GP in the UK!!! And now I have read the reviews, I think this will not be the practice for me!

After finally getting a appointment for the first time in 5 years, I was pleasantly surprised to be seen on time. That's the only positive. The GP said to me after 2 minutes of pretending to care" what do you want me to do" . Finally got a prescription and told it will be ready to collect after 5pm. Arrived at the pharmacy at 5.15 pm to be told nothing had been sent over. Complete waste of a day. Not fit for purpose. Minus 100/10.

Called today due to receiving a text message saying that one of the medications I take is being taken off my repeat prescription list due to the fact I can buy it from a chemist I spoke to a lady on prescription line to explain that the medication was not prescribed for hayfever as stated in the text message but for rhinitis and that I needed this medication her reply was it makes no difference they cannot prescribe it I had to buy it I explained I do not have the means to do this and was told I need to speak to the doctor to which I replied with could I please make an appoint to see/speak to a doctor then please the blunt reply was no we donot do pre bookable appointments anymore not over the phone nor can you book them with there system online you have to call at 8am in the morning it’s a complete joke my daughter has been trying to do this for the last month and still has not been able to get an appointment as yet all all she has managed to get a phone bill for being on hold for well over a hour at a time to get to number 1 in the que only to be cut off to phone back que again to be told no more appointments go to walk in centre so I don’t hold out much hope for me trying to get an appointment to try and sort out about getting the medication I need prescribed and the dosage upped this practice used to be so good and looked after it’s patients especially patients with disabilities and mental health illnesses like me who have to arrange to have someone accompany them but it has now gone so down hill very rude and very sharp receptionists who talk down to you like your nothing and getting an appointment is near on impossible at this practice

This surgery does not provide bookable appointments which does not work for working people. I have tried for 2 weeks to get and on the day appointment. This surgery is not meeting patients expectations on any level

Just wanted to say that I know how much negativity the practice receives on social media, over the phone and in person and I think it's important to let you know that I use your practice all the time, for myself who has 2 chronic long term conditions, for my young daughter and my parents and think you all do a brilliant job. I have witnessed the abuse your reception staff take and they always remain calm and polite. I can see how difficult it must be to see everyone that needs an appointment but I have always been able to either see a doctor/nurse or speak to one. So thank you to you all. You do a great job.

I phoned the doctors today and I was on hold for 41 minutes. Then I got through and they said sorry unfortunately they no more available appointment today. If you need assistance, go to the walk-in centre or the Norfolk Norwich Hospital, what I know all they will do would give me a nebuliser. I suffer with extreme asthma and the answer was to meet. And I needed help to sort out my inhalers and see a doctor, and I know that the walk-in centre or the Norfolk Norwich Hospital will not touch the inhalers if they need to be changed. So I was dreaming annoyed, as apparently my asthma is not emergency enough for them to help.

Waited for 40 minutes , only to be given an automated response to ring back later. Why don't they say that they are busy. We are all busy. This is very frustrating when you are trying to Advocate for a vulnerable adult. Speaking to a real person is what we want to do as patients and professionals. I hope this service can improve in the future.

What a helpful, pleasant lady I met at reception today I called in for test results , asked for a copy ..it was printed and given to me with a smile. We are so used to unhelpful receptionists ..such a pleasant change

At 15:03 on the 11th may 2023 I started a call to the doctors to make a appointment I was number 7 in the call cue At 17:47 I gave up Do you think this is acceptable Because I don’t I spent over one hour at number one in the cue I hung up my anxiety was going though the roof I know it can get very busy at times but nearly three hours is a bit much
