After calling to check my registration process and request an emergency prescription for metal health medication, I left the call crying and being told to call 111 if I was 'that desperate' otherwise to call at 8am and 'hope' I get an appointment. I am beyond disgusted

Rang on behalf of my husband who was in lot of discomfort Had call from duty doctor within the hour and visit from a helpful paramedic two hours later! She is an asset to the surgery,we are lucky to have her!

I called early as you can never get through and held for 38 min then I got cut off. I was caller number one. Surely if lines are down I would not get the answer service. It is always a problem getting throught o them and ther is no email address since when is it okay for them to not be contactable by email? Hiding away from patients as usual!

Can never get an appointment unless you call at 8am. But somehow you get through at 8:01 and all the appointments have gone. And can't pre-book an appointment for next day or anything. Absolutely disgusting. Looking to have to move surgeries to a different town, which shouldn't have to be the case

In the last 2 months I have needed to have a telephone consultation, a GP appointment, referral for blood test, xray, and request a patient summary. Both the administrative staff and the medical team have given exemplary care. Yes there were telephone ques and the booking system had to be navigated but the service given at the surgery was excellent, and the GP was very reassuring and thorough. Polite and genuinely helpful attitude from all staff. Thank you
