    Gave up trying to obtain an appointment with the doctor. Saw the nurse instead, who is very helpful and caring. She could not diagnose what was wrong so she made me a phone consultation for the next day with the doctor! Was advised to make a face-to-face appointment in 4-6 weeks if my condition did not improve. It has not and it is impossible to get an appointment as they have to be booked at 8am in person, via phone or via the app. You can’t get through on the phone and all the app appointments are never there!

  2. Review titled New Registration taking ages

    I recently moved to the area. Thought I'd register at this practice. Been waiting almost 3 weeks for them to get back to me. The NHS website said someone will get back to me within 2 days. Three weels later I'm still waiting to be registered and I'm practically out of my medication. No one answers the phone and the Evergreen Life app is broken. Who do I escalate this to ? I need my medication.

    After 17 years at the practice i finally left for another practice due to the difficulties in getting appointments to see a GP. Late January 2024, I went to the surgery to book an appointment to see a doctor and was told that i can only book an appointment through Evergreen app which i immediately downloaded but still unable to book an appointment. The app had always displayed no appointments available. I then went back to the practice and was told that the app was the only venue to book an appointment. This attempt of mine to book an appointment had taken about 5 days without success. Since 2021 the practice had lost focus on their primary purpose for their existence ie patients care. I have now left the practice to a more patient-focused care practice which Rainham Health Centre failed to display.

    This is one of the very best unprofessional and uncare healthcare centre where staffs lie to the patients. Staffs lack compassion and care your health or yourself. You can never get appointment as they don't pick calls if you managed to get them sometimes after an hour you just realised it waste of time. My boy was removed from GP without any notification and upon calling them, the staff was very rude and lack of compassion and full of attitude.

    Attended asked for appointment for GP re ongoing concern. Response We do on line now use that or come back next week we only give appointment on the day Used evergreen and NHS app both kept saying not available and no on line facility Very little date on line apps

    Terrible availability of appointments, needed an appointment quickly and I have to wait 4 weeks to have a phone consultation. Whenever I ring the surgery, noone ever answers the phone - I end up calling all day! For an emergency call, we are supposed to ring at 8am yet when I call the line gets cut off continuously, this has happened several times. What do they expect us to do? Self diagnose or allow the condition to worsen before being seen? This has been an ongoing problem for several years..... If I could I would give it a 0 or minus rating.

    Dear patient, I am sorry to learn that you have ongoing problem with obtaining an appointment. we have emergency appointments everyday but usually they gone within few minutes as patients wait outside the surgery before 8am .     I have had a phone appointment with a doctor for my son. The doctor was very rude from the beginning. She kept insisting from the beginning that my son cannot get an allergy test. She told me several times this. Then I have stopped her to explain that the only thing that I want is someone to see my son as he has a rash or allergy that is getting worse. She booked me with an appointment that I have considered to be too far. I was not happy with that because I believe my son's rash can be a sign of something more serious. She told me that if I do not like it I should go to the emergency room. I told her there is a waiting time of 8 hours there and this is when she told me that if I care about my son I will wait more. No doctor should make comments like that no matter what. Every time I call this practice I do not get an appointment because they do not have enough doctors. Now that I got a phone appointment with a doctor I got insulted and solved nothing. I am always forced to get my children to the emergency room for all the minor issues because our GP advises us to call 111, to find out of hours and emergency room. Why do we even have a GP if it is no use to us? It is because GPs like ours refer their patients to emergency rooms all the time, we have waiting times to emergency rooms of 8 hours. I am very disappointed by the way I have been treated today

    Two weeks ago, I went to the doctor to examine my five-month-old child, but apart from the fact that the doctor doesn't know what it is, I haven't heard anything else. In two weeks, no one made an appointment with a pediatrician! Maybe someone knows where I can go to have my child professionally examined? Also, I have health problems and I asked to change the place of reception because it is a long way to the center of London, but they have not done anything for two months. I have never seen such a mess!!!!!

    I'd just like to acknowledge the reception staff at the clinic as they try their best to help. I had an issue with paperwork received from the practice but one of the receptionists was very swift to help rectify the issue. Thank you!

    Receptionists is rude! One month ago I was made an app to speak with doctor about my sons health problems. I did not get a call from them on time. I called to confirm that i am still waitting a call and frombthe reception got an answer I have to wait... Big question how long?? I got an answer just today doctor will call.. Receptionist is very rude!
