When speaking to clinicians I am more than happy with the service of this practice. However the process of getting through seems onerous but I also know this is the same or worse in other practices.

Dear Patient, thank you for your feedback. We are aware that the phones are very busy at certain times of the day, specifically 8.15am to 9.30am and again around lunchtime.
