I was distressed due a really sore eye the receptionist was really kind and helpful. Received telephone consultation with a anp who assessed me and got me an appointment with a doctor. The doctor was very friendly and listened and prescribed medication needed and told me not to hesitate to contact her again if things didn't improve. An altogether reassuring experience.

GP was very proactive on the triage call . I was allocated a face to face apt the following day . Doctor examined myself and then spoke to Hospital and aranged for me to attend immediately. GP was concerned that i had a serious medical condition .Very impressed with the service that I received .

This surgery is part of the Pathfields Group and I have previously had mixed experiences within this group. On this occasion I phoned at 8am and then had a call back within 30mins offering a face to face appointment at Crownhill. Small surgery with friendly and efficient receptionist. I was seen by an excellent GP who was clinically thorough but also listened. I left with a treatment plan and way forward. Feeling unwell and living alone, I was much relieved. I would certainly recommend this surgery & staff.

A visit for my flu vaccination today ,was quick organised & all staff were very pleasant , the queue moved very quick also I was 10 mins early for my appointment thank you

Attended Crownhill surgery this afternoon for my annual flu jab the experience felt you at ease the staff were pleasant it felt very professional

Very friendly staff made you feel welcome and super speedy service. There was also a one way system in place with all exterior doors open to the fresh air

I went and had my annual flu job at Crownhill Surgery/Pathfields. The team were very organised, friendly and helpful. They always are welcoming and have a smile on their face for patients. It was a bit hectic for people trying to park and arriving in cars, I walked. I can’t fault the practice or staff in anyway, it all went smoothly and didn’t hurt at all.

I would like to say how impressed I have been with all the staff .Doctors nurses and the receptionist . All have seen myself and my daughter and I do feel cared for and that I matter. The asthma nurse was last year so informative and I learnt so much from her. The nurse for my HRT has been interested in my treatment and has resumed me about the medication..I feel safe and relaxed . The nurse who attended the clinic for my 15 year old daughter regarding periods was sensitive and treated my child with kindness and again was informative . All the GPs seem friendly caring and concerned and they get the ball rolling for my on going treatment. The reception team are super friendly polite and approachable. Esp on the phone I don't have to wait weeks and weeks to be seen or heard . We have had several face to face surgery appointment It's a big turn around and we'll done . I have noticed and feel secure as a patient
