My GP is the most caring & professional GP I have ever encountered. He is thorough & thoughtful, especially when it comes to my young son. It seems as the the other GPs in the practice follow his example, but he is definitely in the lead! The receptionists are friendly, helpful & accommodating - which I know is a rare find these days. Feel very lucky to be registered at such a great practice.

My family has been with this surgery since around 2017. Over the past few years, I've seen the surgery adapting, making use of new technologies and new software, and it's had an amazing impact - I've had quicker and more direct contact with my GP in the past 2-3 years, then the whole preceeding decade. I know times are tough in the NHS, but quality of service at this surgery has only increased. They genuinely set a gold-standard in service and patient care.

This surgery and all its staff are excellent. Same day call backs are always available, prompt and helpful, with an ability to then swiftly get an in person appointment when required. The same excellent service and care has been received by myself (pregnant), husband and toddler. An excellent practice that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. The building is a little tired looking - please do not let this put you off. Thank you to all the GPs, nurses and receptionists (and other staff I’ve accidentally omitted).

Me and my family are with this practice in last three years and I’m so pleased to found such a caring and responsible team after years and would even decided if I move out from this area in the future still I keep my GP here, in short I can say they are genuinely doing very well caring and efficient service all the time especially at current situation. It’s great to have email contact with my Doctor, who listens and organises appointments , normally for the same week. All the staff are very helpful, efficient and friendly . I have friends at other local practices that have to wait for over a week for an appointment!

My GP practice is amazing. Receptionists, nurses and doctors all deserve praise. I love the way they have modernised the practice so you can communicate with the surgery via email, phone or face-to-face. My recent communication was via email where I received a response within a short time and after a quick call to answer a few questions I was prescribed medication which was sent directly to the chemist. Couldn’t have been better.

Very efficient service Friendly helpful staff Phones are always answered A doctor always responds the same day, by phone, and, if necessary, an appointment is arranged. In my experience appointments are available and the patient's needs taken into consideration. Medical staff are helpful, efficient and reassuring.

Recently I suffered very uncomfortable digestive problem. The practices doctor was fantastic, professional and very caring in assessing my condition and arranged appropriate tests and medication, which led to a prompt positive turnaround in my condition.
