The receptionist are so unhelpful! They phoned to re arrange my appointment and didn’t tell me the surgery which the appointment was original with had changed. So I turned up to the wrong surgery and missed my appointment . The receptionist then tried to re book it 2 weeks later and was telling me the wrong date and no mention of which surgery it was!!! The receptionist was getting so confused with the dates. There was no apology for the waste of my time and the giving of wrong information. It took me three days to get this appointment and they can’t provide the right appointment details over the phone

Husband has cardiac event tried to call doctors receptionist unhelpful and dismissed worries and concerns so called 911 and they called surgery to insist that he is seen was told that DR would call but no my diabetes nurse ! . Husband is very ill man multiple health problems not had medication review in 18 months. We have left this surgery we are better off going to local Vet.
