Although the phone call was much later than expected, I was impowith the consultation. The doctor listened carefully and was helpin her advice

I attended to see the practice nurse concerning recent blood tests. I have seen the practice nurse before and she’s a lovely person, she listens and I always feel confident that she understands me and I am the most important person during our consultations.

Used online system to ask for help . Wasn't immediately urgent - eg fever, sudden acute pain - but serious long term issue which needed face to face consultation.Received an admin callback within 6hr offering an appt in 4 days with an excellent GP who had acquainted himself with my file. He recognised the problem and provided both an immediate amelioration of pain and the first step to a long term solution (surgery). Excellent response.

I’ve recently moved to the area and compared to my last practice, Northenden Surgery is so much better. Excellent service, really felt like they care. Had an ‘MOT’ all bloods done etc and have another appointment booked.

I had a telephone appointment booked to discuss some test results. I have issues with my hands and was unable to answer my phone quickly enough, so missed my call. The doctor left a voicemail to say he'd call again but I was concerned that the same problem would recur. I called the Practice Admins, who were very helpful. I was advised to submit another request email, should I miss the second call, and to request response by text instead of call. My second call came almost immediately, which I don't believe was entirely coincidental! The doctor was very reassuring and explained all my results thoroughly. He answered all my questions and was very kind and empathic. Everyone I spoke to was professional, helpful and friendly.

Really friendly staff, made me feel comfortable when I felt anxious! Put me straight to ease. Would definitely recommend coming here as the staff are so knowledgeable

Great service the online checking in worked well saves queuing up all staff were very polite and helpful also got seen on time 10/10

Just a short delay for my blood test but very quick and no problems as the surgery was busy so overall it was great.
