Used to be excellent dont know what happened. Messed up my repeat prescriptions more than once meaning i regularly ran out of items. As this is automatic and online i dont understand how. Now only ‘may call’ if you do e consult. Didnt one time, today called me for 9 seconds and then left a message so quiet i couldnt hear what was being said. Have concerns about a health issue they seem very disinterested in. Have registered with new surgery today.

This practice is full of dedicated, hard working and caring individuals. My experience for myself and for my children has always been excellent. The best GP Practice in Plymouth, and all staff including the reception staff are outstanding.
