A very caring practice that goes above and beyond with their patients. This surgery is lee by a fantastic manager who cares about the patients as much as he must care for the business. The admin staff is helpful and try there best to support your needs. I can’t fault them really and have to say they’ve made great progress and improvements over the last few years. I suffer from a chronic condition and at times I struggle on a morning to call for an appointment as some medication I take causes drowsiness. This surgery always accommodates my needs and always relay my message to a clinician. I called earlier today for some advice and I understand it wasn’t 8am however the lovely young man helped me and advised me accordingly. Well done to the practice and well done to management

I recently had the opportunity to visit the practise for my medical needs, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and service I received. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. The staff at the Surgery are not only highly professional but also incredibly compassionate. The receptionists were courteous and efficient on arrival. The nursing team was attentive and empathetic, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. However, what truly stood out was the expertise of the medical professionals at practise. The Dr took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my diagnosis, and discuss potential treatment options. Their deep knowledge and ability to communicate complex medical information in an understandable manner was truly commendable. I have been going to the practice over the last couple of months and never been disappointed. I highly recommend the practice.

My skin condition was very bad on that day she escorted me on right time. I was in pain and my rosacea was flare all over my face. She gave me medicine as well as reassurance. My face is better than what it was few days ago. Thank you so much!

I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried to re-order my prescription online, to find that my GP had put a note to make an appointment to review my health before I can reorder my medication. I was given an appointment for very next day and after a through review, it was jointly agreed to continue with the medication on a lower dosage and a second review date. I genuinely felt I was cared for and came out feeling I was in good hands.

i have always managed to get an appoint within 2 days of trying. Both the GP's and practice nurses are extremely caring and have always allowed me the time to explain rather than rushing me through like my previous GP. when needed they have booked the follow up appointment for me. The GP always lays out all the options for me to decide with his recomendations in mind. my previous GP used to send me home with paracetamol and wait to see if i come back in a week!

The office staff are extremely friendly and also offer the right support and service as needed. The doctors will always go above and beyond and offer the right medical support, tailored fit to each individual. Thank you for everything

I just want to say I attended the practice very recently for the removal of some skin excisions. From the start of my referral process and to be dealt with such dignity & respect by the Skin surgeon and the health care physician that assisted in the procedure was impeccable. The whole surgery including the referral secretary who provided outstanding service and lots of my queries/questions I had for her. She dealt with me with such curtesy & professionalism that I had to write this review, that I am extremely happy to be registered with such a caring practice. We have been with Family Practice from start and have no complaints. All staff from Administration team to all professinals are extremely caring,supportive,provide clear advice and support at all times. We never had any problem in obtaining appointment e ven during peak of civid period even at that time urgent cases were given face to face appointment. We would recommend Family Practice to everyone. Family Pracice has merged with New Otley Road this will provide even better service to all patients.
