   With any other method of communicating with the surgery disabled, I telephoned at one minute after the opening time of 8am. The message said I was number 17 in the queue to be answered. Seventeen other people beat me in that minute. If I wait until 8.30 to call, I am told that there are no more appointments today - please try tomorrow. There must be better methods of getting a service. I am not allowed to make an appointment in the future so how do I proceed?
