Dr I’ve seen is the best GP I’ve never had. She takes care of her patients in the best possible way. She does her job above and beyond her duties. Doctor and her assistant were very friendly and very helpful, thanks to them my treatment wasn’t so stressful.

The wait for the appointment was lengthy buy this is not the fault of the practice. Once with the doctor, she was empathetic, experienced and professional. She listened to my concerns and quickly and efficiently, examined and treated me. An excellent GP with a wonderful bedside manner. I have no hesitation in recommending the practice or the Doctor herself.

I had a Gynecology problem got to see Doctor same day and issue diagnosed and treated immediately would definitely request this Doctor again

The doctor I saw, was patient, understanding and listened to me. I would highly recommend her. But don't want everyone to go and see her then I won't be able to get an appointment with her again.

Always able to get an appointment on the day if needed, the GPs, nurses, ACPs, HCAs and the pharmacist are helpful, professional and kind. The multi-disciplinary team means we always see the most appropriate practitioner. The online services are brilliant and much easier than sitting in a telephone queue. When you do need to ring or speak to the patient coordinators in person they are so kind and helpful and really great at solving any queries quickly. The GP we saw today was absolutely amazing, they were reassuring and kind. I always feel I’m able to ask any questions and that I’m treated with dignity and respect.

The Doctor I visited today is the best doctor I have visited since I can remember. She listened, understood and did not rush me. If only more doctors were like this doctor. A credit to the practice. Shame I am Not allowed to name her.

Dc E is so understanding and patient. She listens and reassures if I’m anxious. She never makes me feel rushed and explains things in great detail

They are always changes the ways patients can make appointments. The last few times I have called for myself or for my children, I get a link sent to me for an appointment. They ask if you would like a phone call and when you select yes.... They give you an appointment for a months time. My daughter came out with a rash over her body and they gave an appointment to see her in 3 weeks time (so pathetic). I called about my cracked heels, as not able to walk due to the pain and have been given an appointment for 5 weeks time. I can't stand because it's so painful but I have to suffer another 5 weeks before my doctor can see me. This surgery is useless and their reception staff are not very nice either.
