    After waiting 5 weeks for blood test results I was sent a text saying I should call in and book an appointment to discuss blood test results. So I called in. Only appointment 2 weeks away. That was today. I wasn't given a time, at 5pm my phone rang for about 30 seconds so obviously missed the call. I listened to the voice mail and called back. Was on hold for half an hour, receptionist told me they would tell the doctor I had called back. I said okay is the doctor going to call me back. Receptionist didn't know. Surely of all people the receptionist should know. Now the practice is closed and I haven't had a call back. The website gives me no information on who to contact, no info on practice manager. Now I have no idea how I'm going to get the results of my blood test. Will I have to book another appointment that will be 2 weeks out? Ridiculous that it is so difficult to get a five minute phone call with a doctor. Also website says you can book appointments in advance which is an outright lie, the only way to get an appointment is to call in at 8am on the day and even then there is only a few appointments available so what's the point.

    Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you was not contacted back by the GP to discuss your blood results. We will pass this feedback to the GP so we can avoid situations like this happening again. A new system will be in place soon where patients will be able to make bookings online.     Was number 20 in the queue then the receptionist kept insisting she could not hear me.....really. I have a brand new phone and definately no issue and she never called me back. I also requested an appointment online and finally got a reply saying they have made me an appointment for 2 weeks time for tonsillitus. Thanks for nothing

We are in the process of setting up a new system where patients will be able to book their own appointments online which should be more beneficial to patients.     I have recently become diabetic and was told by the receptionist at Malvern road surgery that I had to pay, go and buy a diabetic meter machine, despite the diabetic team emailing her to tell her to get the diabetic nurse to give me one. Yet when phoning the partner surgery I was told to come and collect one. She still denies she gave me the wrong information!

    As expected I could not get an appointment, I was not aware that the receptionist has now become a highly qualified medical professional. Apparently that person can now advise on what is best for me. Thier sheer incompetence has cost me 7 days in seeking some quite urgent treatment. The doctor eventually rung today some 6 days after my initial call. The advice from the doctor was completely and utterly wrong. Once I got through to the correct clinic I needed, treatment was sorted for the next day! Such a sad time the receptionist runs the practice and knows it all the doctors hide and are just plain lazy.

    After experiencing with the same problem for at least 6 months, i am still none the wiser as to what is wrong. I booked an E.Consult on monday .. today (thursday) i am still awaiting a phone call appointment at 20:10pm. It’s just not on. never taken seriously. Would never recommend this surgery!

    I telephoned the practise on 15August 2022,at11am wanting a telephone appointment with the prescribing pharmacist and was told by the receptionist there at the time that the pharmacist would telephone me from 2pm onwards.I recieved no telephone call on either my landline or mobile phone.I have had this medication before and so I am concerned as to why the receptionist could not have recommended a repeat prescription instead of a non-existent phone call.Upon telephoning the surgery this morning(16th August) and after investigation medication had been prescribed and was at my pharmacy for collection. What is happening with this practise?I have had to wait at home for a full 81/2 hours for a non-existent phone call??

    This surgery has become a joke, no appointments available and rude receptionists. E consults are done and they make wrong appointments. Told to ring at 8 no appointments, told to ring back at 9.20. Ring at 9.15 and told they are all gone
