There were no appointments left by the time I got through but my son really needed to see a doctor that day. The receptionist realised this and managed to squeeze him in at short notice, which was much appreciated. He was seen by the GP and 3 medical students who were very thorough and professional. I am always happy to see the surgery training and supporting medical students as experience is so valuable.

Very friendly and efficient reception staff and excellent appointment with GP, very thorough and professional, clearly explaining next steps and procedure of care.

Returned my call within a hour, listened to my concerns about my daughter and gave a prescription over the phone. Very efficient!

I had a timed appointment for my flu jab. I arrived at my allotted time and went straight in. The staff were very friendly and helpful - the whole process was extremely efficient. This particular experience is consistent with the treatment and care I have had over many years as a patient of the practice.

Had a flu jab as part of the annual drive. Very well organised. In and out in minutes. Staff a friendly and helpful as always.

Approachable staff, very helpful and accommodating. It can be difficult to get an appointment via the telephone but using the online appointment service works well if you are quick and on there first thing in the morning. I’ve no complaints from any telephone or face to face appointments in the past. I couldn’t fault the service they provided with my recent flu jab, it was very well organised. I wouldn’t change from using this surgery and would recommend it.

I have been having trouble with my mental health for some weeks, so I was eventually persuaded by my family to seek help via my doctors. I called and explained to the receptionist what challenges I was having. A doctor called me within 30 mins to initially discuss with me my issues. He later called back and requested me to come into the surgery later that day. From 4 hours of my initial call I was being consulted with by the doctor. I now feel the world is not such a dark place and that I am on the first steps to recovery thanks to the doctor and staff at the surgery
