rude staff, called for my elderly father for the prescription which sent by hospital to GP. hospita got automated email confirmation that email received by GP but GP's staff told me that i have to call again and tell them to send me on my personal email and then i have to forward to GP. there is no difference if i sent email to GP or hospital send direct to GP. its really frustrated.

Called to make an appointment with the GP. Impossible to get through and the answer machine advised to use their website which was supposed to open from 8:00 a.m but at 8:30, it was still closed. When I finally got through, I was told to wait for nearly 2 weeks for the doctor to call me back. Shocking service! Why did I have to wait so long when I was in pain and required Doctor's expertise? This surgery needs to improve appointment time.
