   Was given Saturday appointment with another practice re xrays and it took me 4 phone calls to be told it had actually gone to xray and I could turn up, however when I got there only my knees had been added for xrays and not plus my hips as requested meaning another 10 days wait and another xray trip, the communication was terrible
