Saw the Dr yesterday regarding concerns over my son who is struggling at school, due to a number of issues with his learning, Dr listened to our concerns and referred us to the relevant place

I saw a clinician, referred by the nurse. The appointment was in the same week and the wait time on arrival was minimal. The consultation was thorough and kindly done. I felt I was listened to and understood the discussion. I do feel I am receiving a suitable level of care and appreciate the time spent. In spite of well known difficulties I am happy with the service I am receiving. I particularly appreciate the text and/or email alerts, they are very useful. I always find the staff friendly and helpful. I believe the practice is doing it’s best under very difficult circumstances.

Fortunately I haven't needed to consult a GP for 5 or more years. However, I had to ring the practice up and from the initial phone call to the appointment with the Doctor and the follow up , everyone was very thorough and professional. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

A three week wait for an appointment,but it wasn't urgent. 20min wait to be seen. Seemed the clinician was in a hurry. She (hopefully) sorted my problem.

I did a "e consult" on this occasion, because it's very difficult usually to get to see a GP. I have a small growth on my right temple ,and left shoulder. I sent photos and a description back to the gp surgery. It was evening and knew I wouldn't get a reply straightaway. I had a reply first thing next morning asking me to make an appointment ASAP. I saw a very helpful,I think clinical practitioner who checked me over and suggested I had 2xScc. She would get a Dr to confirm her suspicions. One of the Dr's came into her room and confirmed that she was right. I was referred to calow Dermatology department, and will be seen in 2 weeks. I think that is for me brilliant service. Thank you so much.

Phoned doctors as I had missed my appointment got it in my head it was on the 3rd lady who answered phone was very understanding and very helpful said she would get a doctor to call me back which they did dr shaw listened and very helpful Thank you

Had to wait to see a female GP but appointment not urgent. Doctor friendly and welcoming; recalled time of previous appointment several years ago and knew original reason for visit. Happy to discuss completely different issues that l felt were higher priority. Examined me and reassured me that issues were unlikely to recur but arranged investigations to ensure there were no underlying causes that would result in recurrence.

Unfortunately I don’t know who seen me. But I mentioned I shouldn’t have to live in pain & the doctors response was “people do” isn’t the whole point of getting seen by a doctor is for them to help? I also mentioned my previous miscarriage to be told “well that’s life” no empathy at all. On the plus side I needed some bloods done and the nurse did them straight away brilliant she was!
