For the first time in a long time my latest visit to the practice felt like the “old” practice. Receptionist was very helpful when enquiring about a failed repeat prescription, and called me to confirm the issue had been sorted. GP during appointment very friendly and relaxed. Trainee present. I hope it stays like this, for long enough the practice had been the best GPs I had been registered at and it lost its way. Keep up the good work.

A good experience as far as the Doctor goes but not to good getting an Appointment. Nearly 4 weeks from phone call to appointment date

She was very rude and didnt seem interested when i wanted to ask a question was told if not to do with ears just make another appointment in my 70 odd years at your surgery i have never felt a need to complain till now

Saw a doctor who actually, for once, had time to discuss things with you. They had patience and understanding of the situation of why I had to visit. Would now only see this one doctor in future unless it was an emergency.

Clinician was thorough, we went thro’ options regarding my condition. I go for an X-ray tomorrow to confirm what is wrong. I feel very positive about my future care. I’ve been with this practice for over 70 years, I feel they have had it rough over the last few years, but are getting back on track now. Phew

Had a review for contraception after an operation and service was very good by the clinician. She asked lots of questions and provided me with a prescription. I was very happy with the service.

Had reason to visit the doctor recently and in the consultation room was a student , I'm all for the inclusion of future doctors. In my appointment the doctor was, as usual, very thorough but also took time to explain to the student. I really find it difficult to understand why people find it a requirement to complain about the service and let everyone know via social media. This practice, in my opinion, is outstanding.
