Contacting through Patches is much more efficient and was called back immediately and offered same day appointment. Was given blood test and phlebotomist was very helpful to take blood samples immediately rather than letting me to wait or book an appointment. All staff is great. Thanks for fantastic services.

My family and I have been registered with this practice for over 25 years and have received excellent service. During a bout of ill health earlier this year, I felt really supported by the doctors, calling to check on my progress and encouraging me to call them back, if the condition worsened. They were very caring and considerate and consistently provide a really good service. During this episode, I found the on-line access, Patches very useful, as it was difficult at times to physically go to the practice. The system allowed me to register and resolve my issues with the GP and the pharmacist.

Dr Putney has been doing a great job of looking after my 97 year old mother living alone in the Kenton . Her care and support is excelent and much appreciated. Thank you Dr Putney! Best regards from daughter living abroad.

Registered with Kenton Bridge DrAbu, for 2 years, all the Reception staff efficient and friendly.The Doctors all very professional..Best medical practice, thank you for your service..
