My request was answered within the day and the GP I spoke to was kind and understanding. They clearly outlined the next steps and offered treatment options that day.

I completed an e-consult first thing in the morning and I was given an appointment by lunchtime. I was really satisfied with the service provided by the practice and I find e-consult a great tool to submit a request for appointment.

The Dr that attended to me today at the surgery is highly professional, caring, good listening skills understanding, full of empathy, passionate with patience. He listened to me carefully with caring attitude to explained to me over my concern ailments with respect and reassured me over my worries. I'm very happy and grateful with his professionalism.

I was not rushed, I was able to ask all the questions I wanted and was able to see the doctor in person. I dislike phone appointments intensely as the doctor is missing evidence on which to make a diagnosis if for example they cannot see my body and listen to my heart. I was offered by the reception desk a telephone consultation when my concern was atrial fibrillation! The doctor I saw was attentive and reassured me that from her examination I did not have atrial fibrillations but she said I should have a 24 hour ECG, and myself measure my blood pressure twice a day. I left feeling well cared for and glad I did not agree to a telephone appointment.

My little one was unwell and 111 arranged a phone call for me. The GP called ahead of time and, although my child was feeling better, they suggested they’d have a look anyway. They arranged an appointment for the same day. During the visit, the doctor spent time looking at my child and explained what the issue might have been. I felt very reassured and they also took the time to answer some other questions I had on a different issue.

Came here on Tuesday to see one of the Doctors to assist me with my taxi medical. Was very helpful and also helped my wife whilst I was there as they remembered her and her health conditions. Overall, great Doctors and great Receptionists. Been a patient here for many years and they are always very helpful for me and my wife.

Had Blood tests done recently , was so grateful that one of doctors rang me with the results , he was very reassuring and explained what was our plan going forward .

I did an e-consult around 8am, got a call back before 10am and an appointment (face to face) at 12.30pm so it was pretty efficient
