I use the e consult process which I have always found very efficient. I saw DR Wu who was understanding of my conditions and activated a plan of treatment

The Doctor was very understanding and kind. The results were fast and accurate I also got the needed medicine.

The Dr that attended to me today at the surgery is highly professional, caring, good listening skills understanding, full of empathy, passionate with patience. He listened to me carefully with caring attitude to explained to me over my concern ailments with respect and reassured me over my worries. I'm very happy and grateful with his professionalism.

Came here on Tuesday to see one of the Doctors to assist me with my taxi medical. Was very helpful and also helped my wife whilst I was there as they remembered her and her health conditions. Overall, great Doctors and great Receptionists. Been a patient here for many years and they are always very helpful for me and my wife.

Submitted e-consult form. GP phoned by prior arrangement a few days later followed by appointment later same day. GP listened to me and offered practical and constructive advice. Felt he was honest and supportive whilst remaining direct throughout. I am aware that he works with trainee staff as part of the practice and I can understand why as his skillset lends itself to this. He is an asset to the practice.

Urgent problem. Needed to spk to doctor. Call arranged within hours. Listened, acted, helped. One hiccup. Email address of practice not checked for upto 3 days. So I called saying I'd sent info they asked that way. They took this on board found the email, consulted the doctor and he immediately did the urgent hospital referralI needed. The attitude of all was fantastic: caring, helpful, quick in recognising and addressing my needs.

I want to tanks to the GP for my experience and very well done service and especially to the doctors for their care and very helpful and supportive. That day I was very stressed and depressed but the doctor was able to calm me down and help me through the situation I experienced.

The receptionists are helpful and kind. I am able to see my chosen doctor on request, which allows continuity. The doctors listen patiently, and take the necessary action to help me. I am very grateful to all of them

Filled in an e consult before Easter about a ongoing issue .no one has contacted me,phoned on Wednesday,told I was on the list for locum doctor to phone me and they would chase up. Still no response. Very disappointed.
