This was a well organized and executed experience. Joint booking for husband and wife was straight forward. Car park welcome and direction was good and clear, with an offer to have the injections in the car park if we could not manage the walk to the inside. Once inside we were quickly identified at reception and after a very short wait directed to rooms where both injections were carried out. We were back out into the carpark 5 minutes after our appointed time, having received an efficient and vey friendly service.

Arrived at 08-40. No space in carpark. Had to park on yellow lines. I Got a parking ticket so be warned. On entering the waiting room it was empty. Who is using the parking? This is the only thing that let's the surgery down.

Plenty of friendly and helpful staff. My appt. was for 08.30. I was done and dusted by 08.33. The service was running like clockwork. Many thanks High town. Best wishes. David Archibald.

I recently attended a vaccine clinic where I was receiving both my covid booster and flu vaccine, it was well organised and both my husband and I were in and out within 5 minutes, staff were caring and attentive, thank you.

The whole process around the Covid and Flu vaccines has been efficient. Text alerts, simple booking process and on the day a really great and efficient experience. Well done to the whole team.

Just attended my COVID booster. Received my booking text, then my reminder the day before (nice touch) then walked in to a friendly greeting, walk down to the room, sat down….didn’t feel I thing…done.

Went to the surgery for Flu & Covid jabs. From start to finish it couldn't have been more that 4-5 minutes. Brilliantly organised & friendly staff. Hats off to them all & thank you.
