    Had a call the same morning and due to the nature of the request I was needed to be seen. The practitioner managed to squeeze me in and thanks to her quick actions saved me from getting any worse. All sorted within a few hours. Great Service

    I have had the most amazing care and treatment by everyone in the practice since suffering a traumatic brain injury in 2019. I couldn't have asked for better. This review relates to my experience while waiting in the waiting room between to separate appointments. I witnessed, in a period of 15 minutes, the staff on reception dealing with quite a number of patient enquiries. The vast majority were conducted smoothly and efficiently. However, in that very short time I've also witnessed three patients engaging with the staff in a manner which could best be described as "less than polite" or could reasonably be called rude and one was even bordering abusive. The staff in question handled themselves with the real professionalism and tried their very best to deal with the issues with courtesy and good manners. They showed remarkable forbearance and demonstrated that they have somehow been equipped with the patience's of saints. While I waited I calculated that if there were three people like that in 15 minutes then that equated to 12 in an hour or 96 in an 8 hour day. Nobody should be expected to put up with that. The pressure they have been under the last couple of years has been incredible I do not know how they keep it up. Not on one single occasion have I attended the surgery and not been greeted with a smile. Hats off to them, they are superb.

    Rang to book appointment, on hold 25 minutes, made blood test appt for 2 weeks from then, great. Then tried for drs appt told none left and had to call back next day. Next day on hold for over an hour!!! Reception answered but for some reason couldn't hear me so hung up! Haven't tried again! Please can you explain why future appointments can't be made. I only want to talk to a Dr, don't need to see one initially, but it seems to be too difficult. Surely providing future phone call appts must be a sensible option.

    We are sorry to hear of your recent experience when trying to access services at the surgery. The average wait time for routine blood tests can vary between 2-6 weeks. In relation to booking appointments with our clinical team, we do offer a variety of pre-bookable and on the day acute appointments with our practitioners and GP's. We are finding that at this time the demand far outweighs our capacity, so on some occasions patients are unable to book their desired appointments.
