  1. Review titled Impossible to get an appointment.

Rated 1 star out of 5

You can only phone at 8am to get an appointment. Have done so and been perpetually left to an automated service. This is an issue every time I phone this surgery. Very, very poor.

  2. Review titled Woeful

Rated 1 star out of 5

Despite Covid restrictions being lifted this surgery continues to dent patients the ability to make an appointment, at a specific time, in person. Telephone triage only is not helpful for those who work and are unable to wait for a call back all day long. Reception staff are mostly dismissive and do not listen when you explain your circumstances which is very frustrating. As I type I am awaiting a scheduled appointment with a private GP just to get the treatment I need.

  3. Review titled Rude staff and GP

Rated 1 star out of 5

We had so many bad experiences for us and also with the kids, the staff is rude and GP are always in a rush, doesn't explain to you what you have, treatment, anything, and never solve your problem or try to help in any sort of way.

  4. Review titled No GPs here

Rated 1 star out of 5

As explained by the staff, at the moment the surgery has no GPs they used to have two and one has resigned and the other is on an open ended leave. This makes the surgery unable to carry the basic responsibilities. There is no chance at all to meet a GP even when needed as they don’t exist. Instead the surgery uses the help of external GPs to provide phone consultations only. I’ve asked for a visit twice. One because of an animal attack on my hand and the other because of sudden severe back pain and in both cases I was asked to visit the pharmacy. This is a joke. My heart goes to the support staff at this GP who had to deal with the workload and patient pressure and anger. If you are looking for a GP I’d recommend to stay clear of this one for awhile and honestly I’d recommend the surgery to pass their patients to another surgery that can provide basic health care.

  5. Review titled Poor service, rude staff

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have no issues with the doctors. My review is purely of the reception staff who are rude and do not do their jobs well. I have had numerous letters emailed through by my consultants at the hospital and they never seem to be logged/filed properly at the surgery. It results in me having to call multiple times and even go into the surgery to get an answer. The rudeness of the staff is the worst experience, it has not only happened once, but on multiple occasions and I can see from reviews here and on Google reviews that it’s a regular thing.
