    I asked the receptionist about the update on my request for an extension on my sick note. I had requested it 5 days ago and it should normally take 48 hours to respond. It was well beyond that time. The receptionist suggested that they had not received the request despite me having proof of it on my email. She ignored it and said she doesn’t know and that I would have to request it again. I’m meant to go back to work next week and my work and I haven’t been able to get a formal answer about the sick leave dates. The receptionist was patronising and even as I left she was rolling her eyes and laughing with the next customer in the line. I wasn’t rude or abrupt. I simply needed help.

    This GP has to be one of the worst GP in London. Receptionists are so rude and unhelpful! I’ve called the GP nearly everyday for an appointment but they say “no doctors are in today” managed to do a E-consult 2 days ago telling them I need help and that I’m going through trauma and anxiety! A female Doctor decided to text me instead of calling me! How lazy and unprofessional . Absolutely disgusting. I needed to speak to a doctor, it’s bad enough not being able to get an appointment but a text that you can’t respond to! Absolutely disgusted at some of the doctors at this surgery. Texting a patient instead of calling! Absolutely ridiculous.

    I dont understand why this surgery does not offer pre bookable appointments the pandemic is over. All other surgeries in the network offer pre bookable appointments. When you call the surgery they ask every patient to do online consult. What if the patient has a disability, reading or writing barrier, are these not taken into account. Its understandable for a young person to fill out the form as they are aware of these electronic systems but what about the older generation. As mentioned by their receptionists apparently all appointment are online consultations which is absolutely appalling. There are doctors leaving and locums leaving maybe the surgery needs to find the cause of why they are leaving. Maybe if the procedures put in place adhered to patients needs then GPs wont leave the surgery and patients wont complain. Maybe start caring a little bit about the patients and you wont receive complaints.

    I would like to thank Harford Health Centre and the GPs for an excellent experience in assessing and referring my 17-month-old. We were called by a GP who arrange a Face to Face appointment within 2 days at a time of our preference. The GP we saw was exceptional, he took a lot of interest, explained everything well, did a thorough assessment and even called and discussed the case with the paediatrician (all within a '10-minute GP appointment). Given the amount of pressure General Practice is facing, I was very impressed by the care, empathy and efficiency. Thank you so very much.

    My partner is a patient of this practice and has been having problems for a few weeks now. Regardles of this, to speak to the GP he must wait almost a week even though his symptoms are worsening. I was chasing this up for him and was just appalled at the service provided or the LACk of. I'm comparing this to my GP practice in another borough who are amazing and have the capacity to deal with the number of patients they have. This is just disgusting and there's honestly no excuse to be this useless of a GP practice. And the reviews on google are as appalling. Absolutely useless place.

    I cannot fault the service I received from my GP. She was thorough, compassionate and efficient. Within 24 hours of my online consult request I received a reply and was seen the same day. An appropriate referral was made and I had the necessary scans (which I am happy to say were ok) within 2 working days. The doctor followed up my appointment with a telephone call to discuss my results. I was initially apprehensive about online consult, but it is quite straightforward once you do it and it worked for me, Thank you very much for helping me when I needed it. I was treated with care and respect.

    This is probably the worst Gp practice in the area. Its extremely hard to get an appointment as the e consult last from 8 am - 11am and when you do, you sometimes get seen by other gp practices. Thats not enough window time to book an appointment and the NHS website says they are open till 8pm which is incorrect. I hate e-consult and they should go back to telephone and face to face then u might actually get an appointment. The app is utterly useless and seriously missing data like prescription history even medical history is lacking. Say goodbye to repeated prescriptions because they will stop it and make you book appointment even when a specialist doctor has said to take the medication longterm.

    This is the worst practice in the whole borough, the practice is always empty yet they never have anyone answer the phones or provide any appointments. In an emergency you’ll need to wake up at 7am to do an eConsult and only availbe till 11am. This practice demonstrates that they are not concerned about the welfare of the service users and more for their own ease. This practice needs to be shut down or investigated and have some major changes implemented. The Practice goes against all NHS core values and I’m truly appalled that it’s only getting worse.

    They send you to 111 if you need an urgent appt. refuse to book for you and say you first need to go through and e-consult which is useless when you have something that needs to be seen to be diagnosed correctly. Staff are unhelpful and the epitome of "Computer says no
