   I had a phone appointment yesterday, the doctor said that he would send a prescription to the pharmacy. No prescription at pharmacy. It’s for whiplash. When l visited surgery, they checked records and said it wasn’t on doctors notes to prescribe pain killers and I needed to speak to doctor. He wasn’t in till Monday it’s now Thursday. I asked if another doctor could prescribe painkillers and they said no as they hadn’t seen me. Through no fault of my own I now need to ring back tomorrow to call anything between 150 to 250 times before I get through, to be told I can’t get an appointment as they will be gone. Surely as this a doctor error then they should get another doctor to sort this out asap. I had a very rude receptionist who wouldn’t let me finish my sentences and another told me to be quiet when I got upset as she couldn’t hear the person on her call. This practice is taking on new patients but obviously can’t give appts to patients they have got. Totally let down by this surgery on endless occasions and staff are rude. I have a memory problem and also forget to start ringing at 8am, which means by time I remember and after the numerous calls to get through then they are gone. This surgery has seriously gone down hill
