I would not recommend this practice ! Needs a good shake up! In general drs surgeries need to come out from behind the Covid mask, tell us how things are really affecting them. Part time short staffed etc… so we know where we stand and what to expect. If you can’t care for the volume of people then say so and don’t take any more on.

So easy to email and gain an appointment. Very friendly reception team who do their very best to help! Amazing doctors who have helped me so much over the years I've been there. Wouldn't change my GP practice as I trust them with my life.

Absolutely amazing staff at furlong cannot fault any of them, they look after my son with great care and the email service is very easy and quick. Would absolutely recommend! Doctors are also fantastic and very understanding.
