Went for flu jab in and out in minutes. Can't comment on general service as you can never get through on phone and when you do appointments have gone. Should bring back the morning drop in for working people

Was very organised and welcoming, staff chatting and made you feel at ease. Flu injection carried out very effectively with minimum fuss and efficiency

Very well organised, with a queue system as well as appointment slots. I was in and out very quickly. Friendly & caring staff.

We attended Foxhill Medical Centre for flu jabs. There were plenty of COVID precautions: compulsory masks, sanitiser, etc. Staff were helpful and friendly. Although there was a queue, it moved at a fair speed and we did not wait too long. The inoculations were done efficiently, and without real discomfort. Neither of us have had any reaction afterwards.

Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you've had difficulty getting an appointment. We know that it can be difficult to get an appointment at times when all of our appointments have been booked already by other patients. I'd like to assure you that we are doing everything we can with the funding available to us. We would love nothing more than to have more appointments available but unfortunately there is no extra funding from NHS England/the Government to provide these. Our data does show that we have provided 20,000 more appointments in the past year compared to 3 years ago (67% more appointments) but this is still not enough to meet the huge increase in patient demand. A very efficient and streamlined exercise from booking to the actual vaccination. So much easier to do than use the pharmacy who doubled up on messages but didn't follow through with an actual appointment. By comparison, it's well worth waiting for the practice to contact you as the whole exercise was very professional and extremely friendly.

Great efficient service from the practice from arriving seeing the nurse who explained everything to us,asked us various questions regarding our previous flu vaccination and administered the vaccine in a professional way.

Flu vaccines were carried out on a Saturday morning by staff efficiently and politely. I experienced only a small wait and received Very good service as usual.
