Due to my ongoing medical needs, l had my bloods done by Practice Nurse, from the wonderful reception staff to the Practice Nurse all were attentive and while l struggle with hidden health needs nothing was to much trouble, a wonderful Practice, keep up the good work, great team, give them all a pay increase..

Checking in was very easy, an staff where polite. The appointments where not to late as the doctors are very busy.

GP is wonderful-takes her time with you- never feel rushed. Easy to talk to/very knowledgeable Was seen on time. Big improvement on automation ie prescription ordering and making an appointment

Anytime I need an appointment The Irish lady is always happy to assist and get me an appointment, she’s very welcoming and helpful.

Had blood tests 4th and 6th March. Asked to make appointment on 11th as doctor needed to discuss. Told on 11th I could not, had to ring 8am for appointment. I work 8-8 and not allowed to have phone with me so, had to wait for day off. Rang, waited 8n hold until 8.08 to be told all appointments gone. It would be another week until I could ring again. I am also autistic and having to ring in the first place caused me not to sleep the previous night and have a panic attack. I would hope that if kidney damage had taken place or, other extreme health concerns were present, they might have allowed me to actually have an appointment. It feels pointless to even have a doctors these days as you can’t see one or even speak to one.

I rang to make an appointment and was seen within half an hour. Attention was given to my exact problem and advice offered on pain relief and further action by the surgery. Examination was thorough and the follow-up was timely.

I have found the surgery massively improved in recent visits and take the time to explain options and ways to improve my health with an unfaltering sense of humour and warmth

My daughter has tonsillitis and they sorted it out very quickly she has blood tests see.if they need to be removed fantastic
