My recent visit to Dr Raja was a happy experience (as it always has been) She was thorough in testing and saw it through to my being given my results and the way forward. I feel blessed to be in her great care.

Quite happy with the service, but not happy with trying to get an appointment. I have to get my daughter to take me at 7.30 to queue outside as you can never get an appointment on the phone.

Dear patient, thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. Although we have made improvements to our phone service to support patient demand, we remain flexible for patients that are not able to call or prefer to come to the practice to make appointments. We offer some online bookable appointments (these are not for acute problems due to the need to care navigate in order for patients to be seen by the most appropriate clinician in the most appropriate time frame). The online appointment are to help with the demand on the phones or visiting the practice the make an appointment for routine services. We are pleased you are happy with the service provided to you. I was able to get an appointment on the same day, I was seen on time and was out with a prescription within a few minutes. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, very efficient medical staff.

The organisation at the GP surgery for the COVID/flu clinic was excellent, greeted by friendly personnel every step of the way - I was in and out after being given the jabs before the appointment time I had even been given! Well done all.

This is a great practice with lovely Doctors, Nurses, reception staff and also the people that work behind the scenes. I arrived for my Flu and Covid vaccine to be told they had a malfunction over night and could only give one of the vaccines. I decided to leave it and go back when I could have them both together, the lady was unable to say when that would be. A couple hours later my phone was showing the Doctors were calling me, bear in mind it was a Saturday afternoon. To my surprise they were ringing to invite me back that afternoon as they had located the vaccine, though I was 50 miles away I decided to go back as they had taken their time to call me. What a great service they provide.

Surgery is very efficient. Only annoyance I have is when trying to book an appointment. New call back system doesn't work. Phoned several times recently at 8am to be told I am 12th in queue. Don't mind waiting but when asked to tap in telephone number and you will call me back when at front of queue and waited all day and no call back. What else can I do ? Have tried visiting surgery in person to make an appointment to be told no doctors available and to phone tomorrow at 8am ! Have reported problem with no callback but no reaction to this. Subsequently, have been trying for weeks to see a doctor. Glad my medical problem isn't Urgent. What would I do ? Don't see why I should have to go to A & E. Think this situation should urgently be looked into and improved. Desperate Anne Smith.
