   Recently I've found it a trial to try and get through to the surgery by phone and was pretty down about trying to do it again today. I went to the surgery's website this afternoon to see if they'd turned on the online appointment service again to see that they are now using the econsult service. I put my details in around lunchtime, got a call at 2pm, and had a nurse appointment by 3 and was seen 2 minutes early. Never had quicker service. Definitely a massive improvement on using the phone line.
