   I needed to book a doctors appointment so I called the surgery and told I was caller number 6. 30 minutes later the call was answered and I was then told that I could only book an appointment 2-3 weeks out. And if I needed an appointment earlier then I had to call at 8am on the day. I actually needed an appointment within a week. Ended up with a nurse appointment. Feels like very poor management, incompetence and people who don’t care. Not even an apology for the ridiculous wait. Not sure what I am paying for.
