I have been in pain for weeks, for the past 4 years I've struggled with utis and as I've got older it's gotten worse, I'm in so much pain I want answers on what is causing it , I went to the doctors on the 30.08.22 and because I was. Few mins late seeing as I hace a one-year old to bring with me I struggled to get there quickly they turned me away, so I rang back today for them to say your gonna have to ring back tomorrow, but why would I want too when I get palmed off when in pain and struggling, the staff at reception were rude and didn't care and was acting clueless

Booked an appointment, travelled all the way from immingham, I was 5 mins late and they marked me absent. The amount of times you turn up early / on time and you’re waiting to be seen for ages. Yes, it was my fault i take full responsibility for being late, but 5 minutes. It’s been a long time coming and now I’ll find a new practice.
