My mother was recently diagnosed with dementia. The staff at the practice and the doctor were incredibly caring and helpful. I cannot thank them enough. They made a stressful time so much easier. Exemplary care

Results for a child test results have been in for a week, however results have been withheld, we have even been told twice we have been on the list to call, whilst the GP has not been even in that day. We have never had that in previous practices and if we needed to know results we have been contacted by a different GP. We were also reassured that GP has put a note for a routine call whilst the Gp has not been in. It would have been much better to be told that the results will be in and we will be contacted after Tuesday, rather than waiting for a call that would have never happened ( as simply GP was not in).

Started ringing to speak to a doctor at 8am. Managed to get through at no.13 and was answered at 8.10. The doctor rang me some 15 minutes later and offered me an immediate appointment. We agreed on 10.30. What more could I have asked for?
