It was quick and easy to get an appointment. I didn't have to wait long to see a doctor. He diagnosed me straightway. I got my prescription straightway. The whole thing took less than 15 minutes.

I went to Boots for a blood pressure test ( excellent service at Boots) I was found to have high blood pressure, I visited the practice the same day to make a doctor's appointment, But was seen straight away, without the need for a appointment.

Was number 23 in the queue when booking appointment but patience prevailed and got an appointment on time with a doctor who unfortunately is a locum so is not in everyday however he was very good diagnosed a problem others hadn’t and explained it clearly too me so happy on this occasion

All was organised well by receptionist even announcing the Dr’s delay due to traffic. Dr was very efficient in recognising and treating condition.

Got a same day appointment with just a 10 minute hold for the receptionist. Down from over an hour on previous times. Helpful to have the number you were in the queue. Calls cleared at a rate of 3 per minute. GP was about 10 minutes late but was very kind and helpful. I felt comfortable talking to him. Got a good outcome and reassurance that I could go back if things didn't improve. The practice has really turned itself round and I'm now confident of getting an appointment and seeing someone who can help. It's a huge relief to have a good family Doctors again.

I visited today for a Blood test staff was so friendly and it was the best blood test I have have received no pain and over in seconds

Very thoroughly examined my eyes Blood pressure etc.took the time to listen to my issues. Doctor is very knowledgeable and understanding after listening to what was wrong with me

I have chronic anxiety and had not been to see a doctor since pre covid. I saw a new GP and he was very kind, didn’t rush me and was understanding. Pre bootable appointment was easy to get by dropping into the surgery but still a nightmare on the phones if you want an appointment that day. I feel reassured things are improving with the surgery

Needed an appt for my 88 year old mum. Managed to get a face to face one last week but mum was too poorly to go. Offered telephone consult instead. Having already booked telephone consult incase no face to face one for following week forgot to cancel it! Dr phoned and then offered a face to face this week got appt immediately I phoned the surgery. Good service much better than past experiences!

Difficult to get an appointment once I got it the experience was ok apart from the appointment clarification which stated you can only discuss one matter further appointment to be made to discuss more than one issue thats seems a waste of time for doctor and patient
