I cannot fault this practice. If you have a medical matter which needs to be dealt with you can ring up on the day and get seen or ask for a telephone call. You can be seen at either branch Gander Green or Cheam. If not urgent you can book an appointment in the future. You may have to wait 4 to 6 weeks but if its not urgent it's fine. The receptionists are excellent and extremely helpful as are the Drs at this practice. Husband and I have been patients for years and feel lucky that we have such a good practice. A lot of people I know are not so lucky. Even during the pandemic service was excellent. Thank you.

There are just too many people registered here and not enough doctors....always see a locum never the same doctor.... You have to wait on the phone for ages to be told all appointments have gone and if you do get an appointment you sit there for over an hour ...in a waiting room with alot of other sick very fed up people ....

Very hard to get appointments. When you do the level of care is terrible. I am 8 months pregnant and have had to go in more than once for the Dr to change my prescription as it is unavailable everywhere. I still don't have my prescription. They send the wrong medication to pharmacies that I am not prescribed to have. It's all a shambles

I rang for a phone appointment as I wanted to discuss an urgency with my GP. I was advised that my GP will call the same morning and she did call and we had a nice chat. I am 100 percent satisfied and happy with my GP. She's very helpful and wonderful. She's like a nice friend always listening and encouraging.

I have really thought hard about whether to post a review as I and many members of my immediate and extended family are patients at the surgery. My experience is very inconsistent, there are individual members of staff who are kind and caring but overall the availability of Doctors, their approach to patients and ethos is poor. Patients are made to feel like they are an irritant and the service you receive varies widely dependant on who you see. The practice seems to have lost the ability to actually care about patients as individuals and despite holding on for many years in the hope the situation would improve I do not think it is possible as the leadership and culture feels broken. As a Christian practice kindness and caring have been forgotten.
