what absolute shambles! After being on hold for over 2 hours from the minute phone lines open only to be told for someone who is heavily pregnant and having difficulty to walk and stand to stand outside the surgery from 7.30 onwards to book an appointment! without divulging too much sensitive medical information I explained to the reception staff soem of my issues and that I need to be seen by a doctor, I'm happy for a telephone consultation if they don't have appointments and he says "oh yeah I remember you from yesterday bye bye" and hung up! this is just utter disgusting! the receptionist staff at this practice need firing! they firmly believe that they have the same authority as a doctor.

Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty accessing our appointments. Please do call the surgery and ask to speak to me so we can look at the issue.
