Unable to contact as telephone system constantly placed in cueing system 9th person called over several days unable to speak to receptionist

Just cannot get an appointment. Repeatedly told have to ring up on day. Do that left for 45 mins to be told no appointments call back tomorrow. Told appointments booked up for a month. No matter which way try can’t get an appointment when ring up. Blood tests returned abnormal and told need to see someone…. But it’s proving impossible. Something wrong with this surgery and way it’s ran, doesn’t seem to be fit for purpose… well for some probably like me who don’t use it a lot, but when need it, it’s not there. Only stay with practice as no other available …. Fed up of hearing excuses about under resourced and under funded…
