I feel very lucky to have access to the care and compassion from Bottisham Practice. Every team member is knowledgeable and thorough. My family has experienced outstanding service and excellent follow up. Thank you

This specific visit demonstrated that the practice goes above and beyond for its patients. I had run out of regular medication and the NHS app didn’t process my repeat order. I got through to a lovely receptionist who listened to my concerns about not having my medication and then took it on herself to try to resolve it for me. Within an hour she had called me back to say she’d got a prescription signed by the GP and that my prescription was being processed by the pharmacist. Despite the error not being the practice’s they took time to make it right for me. I was very grateful for their support. As a general note, I feel very lucky to have such a hard working and professional team at our GP?surgery! I am always seen when needed or they call to triage. They work under huge pressure and in my opinion do an amazing job!

I took my little boy to the practice for a skin condition. The doctors were really careful in diagnosing his condition and made sure that the diagnosis is correct by taking second opinion.They were all very kind and put my son at ease. We are really lucky to have this practice in the village and hope they continue providing this exceptional service!

I've only been a patient here less than a year but can already recommend this practice for professional and sound advice, high quality of care and friendly staff, all much appreciated.
