Recent experience with the surgery - not good. Failed to keep commitment to contact me re results from Vitamin B12 injections and blood pressure monitoring - I had to visit the surgery in person to pursue these matters as I could not phone (see below); referral to Welfare Matters has produced nothing owing in part I suspect to the failings of Active Life; Active Life failed to communicate with me on four occasions when this was promised to me by Welfare Matters, still not heard from them - see my email of 11 April @ 14:24 copied to The Practice for further details; still not been contacted by physiotherapist post physio assessment done c.5 months ago; on numerous occasions surgery cannot be contacted by phone - on one occasion I held for two hours waiting ‘number 1 in the queue’ for almost an hour from 16 at the stat, I suspect the phone was ‘off the hook’ but of course I cannot prove this assertion.

extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. Very pleasant and helpful doctor. I felt well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. Very helpful nice manner.

Had a very pleasant appointment with the practice nurse. The nurse was on time to collect me and was very professional throughout the consultation. I was made to feel at ease throughout. The nurse showed great interpersonal and communication skills. Thank you.
