    The practice website has now been down for a week. For those of us relying on the online repeat prescription service and not being able to get to the surgery to order the repeats. Rang the surgery on Tuesday and was told it had been reported and was told to use the NHS app. The NHS app has such a long list of terms and conditions to accept and is also is not available to use on the home computer - has to be on a mobile phone. Very poor service for the vulnerable and patients who are not able to go out in this bad weather Its now a week and the website is still not working.

    Never had a problem with the practice, to date. Needed to see a physiotherapist recently and got an appointment within a week. Impressive.

    Really upset about how I was spoken to by admin staff. I’m a healthcare professional and shocked to be told ‘not to waste their time’ by asking for a gp appointment which I don’t often do. I was hung up on 3 times because I was supposedly wasting her time trying to access care that I’m entitled to. Really disappointed and offended. It’s been made impossible to even speak to my own gp about legitimate concerns which require a doctors attention I’ve had to book myself privately with a consultant.

    I have a common issue with my GP not answering my call. I understand they might be busy but all the time I have to wait over 45mins to get through and It is happened 5th time that my call have not been answered and disconnected after waiting too long when I thought I am on top of the queue. I have complained about this with the surgery manager but still my problem has not been resolved now I am planning to change my GP. I have 3 years old daughter and I don’t trust on them to get appointment in any emergency. I have very bad reviews to give for GP addressed below. This is the closest one from my house but I am planning to change it with my previous one which is far away from my house but I was very happy with them and never had any issues before. I am on call since 1 hour while i am writing this.
