Really friendly Staff . Excellent Doctor. My Appointment today was on time and a Really good experience . This surgery has turned around from being one of the worst in St Helens to one of the best.

I was born in Billinge in 1945 so have experienced all the different manifestation of the surgery (and it’s personnel) as it evolved. Right now it is by far the best it’s ever been, in my opinion. I have twice seen one of the new doctors and was very impressed by him. It felt as though I was talking to a friend rather than a doctor.

My elderly dad and I recently registered at Billinge Medical Practice after moving to the area. We have found everyone extremely friendly and helpful during this process, especially the reception staff. Also my dad had his first diabetic review with the practice nurse, and was made to feel so at ease. Everything was explained clearly to him and she made the relevant referral for him. A very positive experience for both of us.

Appointment was late by 15mins but that wasn’t a problem, nurse very helpful, car park was full so had to park on housing estate round the corner

Since a new management team has come in the surgery has become easier to communicate with, punctual and efficient . My appointment was exactly on time and the practitioner very helpful and interested.

I went too the practice with a bad back which I have had for months the doctor in room 4 was absolutely brilliant he requested an MRI which I got in 2 weeks and recieved my results very quickly and doctor explained in detail what the problem was brilliant doctor thankyou

All was good booked in using the touch screen on the wall which means you don’t have to queue at reception. Doctor came to get me for my appointment.

Dr was so understanding and helpful in what is a bit of a stressful time. She reassured me and was very attentive ensuring further appts are in place and support is there. She made me feel much better just for having a chat with her!! Thank you so much Dr!

Absolutely brilliant, I would previously had to wait up to 3 months to receive my cortisone injection in my knee. From consultation to treatment this time was just one week. Brilliant. 😁😁
