Have been trying to get an appointment for some time. I am not sure this is really a doctor's, rude dismissive staff, uncaring doctors and absolutely impossible to get an appointment. I am currently trying to deregister with them. The least I can do is stop them taking NHS money for pretending to be doctors

Dear Michael, Thank you for your recent feedback regarding BHF Highgate. I am sorry to hear of the concerns you have raised regarding not being able to get an appointment and staff attitude. I would like to provide you reassurance that our staff always strive to offer the best patient care and offer as many appointments as possible. All feedback is taken seriously and enables us to learn and improve patient experience therefore I appreciate you bring this to our attention and can confirm that I have passed this onto the Practice Senior to discuss with staff members accordingly.
